One of my first project this year was the watering can lamp I made for my Mom's birthday! I really enjoyed making this and have since made many more for gifts! I even made one for my first giveaway! Here's a link to my post about how to make one!
I redid this table and chairs that I found at a yard sale for Jaclyn's bedroom! The cupcakes on the table were photo copied from fabric and then decoupaged onto the table. I also sewed the little chair cushions with the same fabric and added the tulle!
Making the the shabby chic inspired curtains for our master bathroom was really fun, too!
Of course, the biggest project we tackled this year was laying a new floor!
I never knew that this side of the road find would become one of my favorite redo projects of the year!
I am loving this color, too! Here's a link to the post.
This corner china cabinet turned TV cabinet was truly a trash to treasure project! My only regret is that I didn't take a before photo!
Another redo from a side of the road find was this standing mirror!
I was really surprised looking back at how many projects I actually accomplished this past year! I've been inspired from so many of you out there in blogland! There are just so many amazing and inspiring blogs out there! It's so nice to "meet" so many wonderful people from all over the world that share my same interests in creating beautiful homes for their families, sharing creative projects, delicious recipes, funny stories and helpful advice! Thank you! I am truly inspired by all of you!
Looking forward to the New Year and sharing many more fun projects!
